We are pleased to inform you that there are some funds available to support participation in the ISI Regional Statistical Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 16-19 November 2014. This funding is made possible by a grant to the International Statistical Institute (ISI) from The World Bank Trust Fund for Statistical Capacity Building.
Only participants from developing countries are eligible. Preference will be given to students and early-career statisticians, although other deserving applications will also be considered. Due to the limited nature of the funds, only partial support will be given in most cases.

We would appreciate it if you could share this information with your colleagues and other potential participants.
We take this opportunity to also let you know that the deadline for submitting a proposal for invited session has been extended to 30 June 2014; that for submitting an abstract for a contributed paper has been extended to 15 July 2014; and that for early bird registration to 15 August 2014.
