会议注意事项
会议期间：
1. 会场内请务必将移动电话关闭或换到震动状态，请勿吸烟；
2. 请勿缺席、迟到、早退，如因事离会，请提前通知会务组；
3. 大会期间将提供中英同声传译，每个座位都配有耳机，请您选择所需要的语言。会议结束离开座位时，请将耳机放在座位上，不要带离座位；
4. 请保管好自己的随身物品，不要将贵重物品存放在会场内座位上；
5. 请参会人员就餐时主动出示餐票，并请妥善保管，遗失不补；

Instructions
During the meeting
1. Please observe the order, turn off your mobile phone or turn it to mute, and do not smoke.
2. Please don’t be absent, be late and leave early. If you have to, please inform the Organization Team in advance.
3. Chinese-English simultaneous interpreting will be provided during the symposium. Each seat is equipped with headphones and you can select the language you need. When the session comes to an end, please leave the headphones on the desk.
4. Safely keep your personal belongings. Please don’t leave them alone on the seat.
5. Please keep well your meal tickets, and show it to the waiter when for dinners.
6. Please take care of your valuables. Lock up the door of your room on your leaving.
After the meeting
Please send your room card to the reception desk before 14:00, 15 Oct. If you need extension, you should handle relative procedures at the reception desk, and it will be at your own expense.
